Ensuring all productions comply with labor laws, safety regulations, tax credit requirements, and industry standards.
Vendor & Crew Management
Overseeing all production vendors, crew, and third-party relationships. Managing contracts, performance, and quality standards.
Quality Assurance
Maintaining production quality standards across all departments. Regular reviews and quality control processes.
Stakeholder Reporting
Regular communication with producers, broadcasters, and investors. Status reports, issue escalation, and confidence building.
